It has a single strategic focus: to provide client organisations with broad wellbeing services of the highest international standard that are valued and respected by employees and management alike.

Capacity

ICAS currently provides customised wellbeing services to over 500 000 employees in more than 300 client organisations across Africa, in diverse locations across all sectors of the continent's economy. We have provided employee wellbeing and risk management services of the highest professional standards to client organisations throughout South Africa for more than 9 years and enjoy an excellent reputation in a wide range of organisations. With offices in 5 major cities, ICAS has a national footprint that allows us to service all our clients across South Africa.

Quality

The provision of quality services to our clients is one of ICAS' core values. We constantly strive to provide services of the highest ethical and professional standards and to exceed the service delivery requirements and expectations of our clients. ICAS South Africa has adopted ICAS International's formal Quality Assurance Programme to evaluate and continually improve the services offered to clients and to ensure a high degree of confidence in the quality of such services.

Delivery

ICAS has invested a considerable amount of time, money and effort in the development of comprehensive and highly effective management systems and protocols for financial administration, communication, project co-ordination, case management, data analysis and client-service management. Through this we are able to deliver cutting-edge services that are significantly ahead of competitive offerings in terms of organisational engagement, utilisation, innovation, depth, impact and value.
