Learning & Development Training

It is imperative that organisations focus on the development of employees through training, from both a business and a psychosocial perspective. ICAS has the capability to assist organisations with both of these training needs. ICAS has partnered with an innovative and modern provider of education and training meaning that we can provide solutions that can be uniquely tailored for each client. Our B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice include Skills Development as a key element. This partnership also allows us to provide Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) support and assessment as an alternative way to assist an organisation’s workforce in obtaining qualifications, as well as a Credit Accumulation and Transfer (CAT) system that can effectively shorten training time by giving exemption for non-formal training. 

Maintaining the psychosocial wellness of an organisation’s human capital is essential in order to promote organisational success.
